If you are a sharp, self-driven product manager who is passionate about solving really big problems, we want to talk to you.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EJob Description\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWork with Product/Development organizations and all stakeholders to build the Next Gen Payroll platform support team and support process\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPartner with product owners and other architects to ensure that the supportability is included in the platform\u0027s roadmap.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide guidance to the development of application support tools\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECoordinate emergency patches and maintenance releases\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EHelp triage production issues and provide feedback to improve testing automation, CI/CD and feature development\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELead the support team to resolve critical issues\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EHands-on develop bug fixes using Java and other appropriate languages / scripts\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWork with the implementation and service teams to improve clients\u0027 experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManage the support team and provide guidance to team members\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManage support duties including nights and weekends\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQualifications\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBachelor\u0027s degree in Computer Science or related field\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E10\u002B year experience working through design, development and support of mission-critical applications.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E5\u002B years in managing software development and support teams\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESolid knowledge of HCM and/or payroll application\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESolid understanding of SDLC with agile development experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EOutstanding leadership, project and people management skills\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EA track record of successful delivery of software applications as a tech lead or team lead\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExperience in development and support of SaaS and cloud-based applications\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExperience in both front-end and back-end programming using JavaScript, Java and other advanced technologies and frameworks\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExperience with web services and micro services\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExperience with testing automation frameworks and DevOps such as CI/CD\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESolid understanding and experience of/in relational and non-relational databases\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWillingness and ability to dive into any application/environment to resolve technical issues\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EOther Desire Skills\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWell organized, excellent communication and reporting skills\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to work under critical delivery timelines\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECreative thinking in proactive production support\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E#LITECH\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E#LI-AA2\u003C/div\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
