How would you feel about making decisions that drive the evolution of the core payroll engine responsible for processing >$1.3 trillion in gross wages annually?

As a Product Manager for AutoPay, you'll become the payroll customer advocate and engage with business partners and clients to understand their needs. You'll learn the technical landscape and define solutions that focus on business and quality outcomes. You will serve as the internal and external evangelist for AutoPay.

THINGS YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

  • Lead two scrum teams in the execution of a high-scale agile product development discipline that enables us to accelerate time-to-market of new features; Teams are focused on building out APIs to expose AutoPay data to front end partners/marketplace and building a toolset of analytical insights to guide conversations around product enhancement requests and prioritization)
  • Define the business requirements and data flows to be implemented in the product
  • Define key metrics, analytics and performance indicators to closely monitor the success of the product against defined business targets (retention, adoption, growth, etc.)
  • Develop user stories and business requirements to deliver high value, high quality features
  • Collaborate with development and design teams to ship new features that are highly usable
  • Act as user champion when coordinating product development with business stakeholders

EXPERIENCE YOU NEED: Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience

HOW YOU'LL STAND OUT: Preferred Qualifications

  • You have experience with payroll and HR solutions, preferably ADP
  • You have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • You focus on outcomes, not deliverables
  • You are able to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and external
