ADP is hiring a Project Analyst II. In this position you will use a unique combination of project management, process analysis and improvement and executive briefing skills while leading our business partners through crisis management events that impact our Clients, Worksite Employees and ADP Associates. The Project Analyst is responsible for conducting hosting action planning calls in response to a crisis, tracking the updates and reading out to the leadership on the issues, resolution and measure of impact the event had on the business. Throughout the year, continuously analyze and measure trends and opportunities for improving the level of and timeliness of response. The PA will develop and test readiness plans and partner with taskforce members from multiple business disciplines throughout the HRO organization and act as a key liaison with ADP affiliates in both solution design and execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads crisis management action planning for the HRO organization by liaising with Corporate and HRO business leaders to mitigate impact to Clients and Associates and providing regular, comprehensive status reports on work progress, effort, etc. relative to the crisis
  • Develop, tests and maintains business continuity plans for compliance to ADP standards
  • Presents alternatives to users and impacted areas to facilitate responses / communications and gain consensus.
  • Conducts structured analysis according to standardized procedures and prepares detailed analysis documents.
  • These documents serve as input to the creation of program specifications, test plans, user and system documentation.
  • Conducts QA and testing of change requests and other projects as necessary, presenting final results to users and all impacted areas to obtain sign off.
  • Maintains a broad knowledge base encompassing the evolving TotalSource application product set.
  • Provides information and explanation to users and support functions within the TotalSource environment.
  • Works on other short duration or one-off assigned projects and/or performs other duties as needed.
  • Works on fairly complex systems analysis assignments. Gathers and analyzed information for developing and modifying specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • BA/BS degree (major in Business or Information Sciences preferred) OR technical training equivalent OR an equivalent in education and/or experience required.
  • 2-4 years progressive structured analysis or systems analyst experience.
    Regional, Client, and Satellite Office
  • Travel (overnight): 10%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Requires outstanding presentation and communication skills and analytical ability and a considerable aptitude in human relations.
  • Proficient in the following (or related) computer programs: Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Internet/Intranet. etc.
  • Good working knowledge of SQL Query and Project Management software preferred

  • Communication skills: Ability to prepare written documentation and use appropriate email etiquette. Utilizes collaboration skills to gain consensus.
