Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for Senior Director of Engineering and Project Management regarding status of project. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate \u0026 budget, cash flow, work plan schedule \u0026 milestones, quality control, and risk identification.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIdentifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard to complex request for proposals; completes bid analysis; leads evaluation interviews, recommends resources to clients.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELeads project delivery resources/team (typically larger more experienced team) providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EImplements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EImplement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EImplements change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders.
