Dedicated to recruitment leadership, technology and outsourcing, ADP RPO offers recruiting solutions to small, medium and large organizations, serving many of the world\u0027s leading companies. \u003C/em\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cu\u003ERecruiting Coordinator Overview: \u003C/u\u003E\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003ERecruiting Coordinator is based onsite with a top-tier Investment Bank, supporting Recruiters across the end-to-end recruiting process\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESits within Talent Acquisition in a large team, this opportunity will provide experience and exposure to recruitment in a leading global financial services organization, liaising with senior stakeholders and broader HR teams within the business\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cu\u003EPrimary Responsibilities: \u003C/u\u003E\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EKey logistical contact for planning and execution of events on University campuses or in client office to support recruiting processes\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAct as point person for candidate inquiries\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECompile resumes following application deadlines and distribute to appropriate stakeholders\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EData entry and tracking in multiple systems (e.g. applicant tracking system, on-boarding system, excel spreadsheets, etc.)\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers and recruiters\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECollect and track interview feedback\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EOnboarding of new hires: offer package coordination, background check facilitation, etc.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EObtain candidate compensation history / work authorization details from recruiters and enter into various HR systems\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECreate detailed reports for internal HCM and senior management stakeholders\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECoordinate with hiring managers to obtain approvals and respond to inquiries around compensation and other offer details\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EServe as liaison between recruiters and TAs on any inquiries related to offer details or obtaining additional candidate information\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAdditional activities as needed, to assist with the hiring and on-boarding process\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cu\u003ERequirements (preference given to individuals with the below): \u003C/u\u003E\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBachelor\u0027s degree\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E0-2 years\u0027 experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAdministrative and/or Human Resources experience preferred\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to work in a team environment with a blend of onsite and offsite team members\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDetail oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment with high volume\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssertive and proactive; positive attitude; willingness to learn\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with candidates as well as individuals in varied roles\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWorking knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMust be able to work at a client site\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to work overtime as needed on a weekly basis\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
