That, and a sparkling personality to capture clients’ insurance Scheme requirements and translate them into state-of-the-art technology with or without the help of our award-winning technology platform, SchemeServe.

If you've got some idea about how insurance really works, that’s fine, but otherwise we can teach you why the insurance industry has everyone in Silicon Valley raving about InsurTech right now. 

What you WILL need is to be fluent in Technology and the art of the possible. As technology advances and society becomes more and more dependent, those with the understanding of how it all works will be well placed for making themselves future proof.

Some people would say a great sales person 'could sell ice to Eskimos'. What we need here is someone that would never try: we expect you to put in the work to consult with their prospect and understand their needs.

We sell SaaS into the insurance and finance sectors. We will give you a car to visit clients, freeing you from the boredom of an office-confined 9-5 and allowing you the flexibility to plan your day without micro-management. On those days not out and about you'll likely be dreaming up more ways to generate leads in the comfort of your own home.

Not only that, but you’ll be working with exciting new technologies in a structure where everybody's ideas are not only welcomed, but paramount to our success.

Applicants should be inquisitive, expert communicators, have a natural comfort with computer software, have a self-motivated and focussed approach to working.

You'll likely be money-motivated: our experience is that you must care about the commission to succeed in sales. Deals that are not closed have no meaning. Tell us the package you would like.

And tenacious: you won’t be beaten by a single rejection but realise that sales is very often about persistence and being there when situations change.
