Job Description:
SAP is the global market leader for business software and related services, and SAP National Security Services Inc.® (SAP NS2®) is an independent U.S. subsidiary, offering SAP solutions with specialized levels of security and support to meet the requirements of U.S. national security and critical infrastructure customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Uphold company security policies and protocols in processes including badging and accompanying visitors.
  • Responsible for conference rooms set up every day to check phone lines and TV connections and makes sure they are operational on a daily basis.
  • Take an active role in supporting ad hoc projects and processes.
  • Provide back up for front desk responsibilities and duties and promote a service-oriented focus.
  • Support the facilities management team.
  • Administrative support and or technical maintenance, as required.
  • Stocking shelves and lifting up to 30 lbs.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Enrolled in an accredited university
  • Advanced Microsoft Product knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Willing to be mentored, take direction, and execute objectives in a collaborative team environment
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills (in English)
  • U.S. Citizenship
