Role & Responsibilities:

Our Sales Operations team is a unique department that serves as the liaison between sales, our parent company & internal stakeholders as well as maintaining metrics used by executives to lead the overall direction and ambition of the organization.

A Sales Operations Business Partner provides service and support in many unique and creative ways. As a Sales Operations Business Partner, you are the one driving and monitoring existing business practices and developing new ones. We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Become a trusted advisor: Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement and simplification at a tactical and strategic level.
  • Have a vision for the future: Partner with all departments to create new processes to enable future success
  • Drive adoption: Champion the change! Collaborate with internal departments on rollout and enablement initiatives.
  • Enable decision-making: Analyze data & consolidate metrics to provide insights to management on forecasts, and performance metrics for C-level executives.
  • Be the quarterback, proactively seek out needed system changes and manage projects holistically to create cohesive processes throughout all departments at Fieldglass.
  • Create a communication loop between Sales & back-of-house departments: Provide feedback, share requirements, highlight concerns, opportunities and best practices.
  • Execute:  Take accountability for effective end-to-end execution
  • Take a lead role in data management within our CRM to ensure the highest standards of data integrity & quality are reinforced.
  • Maintain, develop and interpret metrics related to sales team performance; report on key deliverables and transformational initiatives
  • Provide general sales support, assisting with ad hoc projects and unusual requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years’ experience in a sales environment, preferably supporting multiple departments
  • Experience in managing projects as a leader.
  • General CRM experience required
  • Demonstrate analytical ability to create and improve programs and optimize efforts (metrics oriented).
  • Excellent with data, Excel spreadsheets. Vlookups and Pivot Tables expertise are a MUST
