They also support the clients with payroll related programming and trouble-shooting as well as year-end balancing inquiries. Through the use of Stellar service principles, the client service representative ensures the clients get a world class service with ADP. \u003C/p\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAnswers incoming client (business-to-business) calls and/or makes outbound telephone calls/ emails to clients with high focus on Stellar service and first-call resolution.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESupports client questions regarding payroll and year end taxes including processing procedures, deduction/earnings setups, benefits and taxes as well as funding and money movement through banking.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EThe position puts high emphasis on quality service with targeted inbound service level scores at 70% or above, December through March and 80% or above rest of the year.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProfessionally assist clients while simultaneously navigating through various on-line applications.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to discover the client\u0027s needs through the use of effective probing techniques.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManage assigned projects through clear and concise follow up while accurately implementing the required changes.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBalance multiple client commitments against new requests in a fast paced, dynamic, and fun environment.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure case closure within committed and applicable turn-around time.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong technical skills and ability to work independently while demonstrating resourcefulness in the use of available tools and support resources.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EThe CSR is also held accountable for a client retention target of 93.4%\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EOther related duties as assigned.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003C/div\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EREQUIREMENTS\u003C/strong\u003E :\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECandidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Court Coursed Certificate, Bachelor\u0027s Degree, any field\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAt least 6 months to 1 year BPO/Shared Services experience, general office, customer service and/or data entry experience.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbove average verbal and written communications skills, analytical and problem solving skills.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPreferably with experience in using MS Office applications\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProven experience using the telephone in a high volume environment.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBasic knowledge of math, ability to work with numbers.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ECOMPETENCIES\u003C/strong\u003E :\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDelivering Stellar service and satisfaction to all clients - internal, external, diverse and emerging.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExcellent communication skills - oral and written.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAnalytical and collaborative approach to problem solving.
