Your day to day:
- You will provide top-notch client service to internal and external clients! You will be one of the key security advocates in the US and will be responsible for various styles of client communications, advocacy and assurance:
- Client Advocacy: You will explain ADP's security program to internal and external clients verbally, via email and via questionnaires and survey. You will be responsible for responding to client inquiries in a professional, timely and respectful manner while providing top-notch service to solve problems. This may be accomplished via conversation or presentation, questionnaires, or other methods. You must be able to translate complex, technical issues into relevant and understandable communications that a non-technical employee can easily understand.
- Escalations
- You will be a Subject Matter Expert! You'll engage across the organization to discuss client security requirements and explain our program. By using a consultative approach, you'll work directly with client service, sales, and legal teams to address client security concerns and requests.
- You will create very innovative and engaging presentations! You will partner with the Director of Security Advocacy to create presentations to support security's global outreach program.
- You will help turn ADP's security program into a market differentiator! Use your skills to assist in writing and developing content to support internal stakeholders in positioning ADP as the most trusted HCM provider in the industry.
- You will be a problem solver! You are expected to think outside the box, identify creative solutions, be resourceful and drive efficiency across the organization.
- You will be part of ADP's Global Security Organization's global outreach and educational efforts, with a focus on providing project and client support, mitigating behavior-driven risks, coordinating events and remote programs, and creating, disseminating and monitoring communications materials.
- You will work with individuals across the company -- down the hall and across the globe - up to and including executives, to understand business goals and related communications needs, and then develop appropriate deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge and Experience:
- 4-year college degree in business, information technology, with a focus on or experience in technology, risk or security strongly preferred
- 1-3 years of professional work experience
- Flexibility to work on global assignments and special projects as-needed, regardless of time zone
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 / NIST Standards
- Understanding of risk-based decision making
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and strong relationship-building skills. Writing samples may be required.
- Must have a passion for excellent client-service
- You can easily communicate with senior stakeholders in a respectful and thoughtful manner and you don't shy away from challenges
- Must be fluent in the English language with expert knowledge of grammar and terminology
- Ability to work within a team across multiple time zones and on tight deadlines
- Ability to follow directions, escalate challenges and produce a finished project that meets or exceeds expectations
- Enthusiasm to learn and be flexible is a must!
Technical Expertise:
- Must have advanced knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint and Word (writing and presentation samples may be required)
- CISSP, CISA, CIPP, CRISC, CISM or any other security certifications are desirable
Preferred Expertise:
- ADP business understanding
- Understanding of incident management best practices
