ADP's National Accounts Product Management team is hiring an exceptional Senior Product Manager with demonstrated experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry to lead the product lifecycle from product definition and planning through production, release, and client readiness.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be a subject matter expert in Human Capital Management (HCM) and will evaluate new opportunities through market research, client engagement, industry discussions and user feedback. You'll champion new solutions and play a critical role in delivering value through technology.

This role will be in our OneADP location in Alpharetta, GA.

THINGS YOU'LL DO:

  • Drive the HCM experience for ADP's National Accounts which serves employers with 1000+ employees
  • Develop user stories and requirements while evaluating their potential and practicality by analyzing market and customer need
  • Act as user champion when coordinating product development with business stakeholders and align all development activity with business goals and priorities
  • Manage the product backlog (grooming, prioritization and refinement), working day-to-day with the product SCRUM teams to clarify requirements, balance business needs with technical requirements, and recommend alternative technical approaches to meet design requirements when needed
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and service on the development of product positioning, demo design, training courses, sales collateral, etc. to ensure that business objectives are achieved

EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

  • 5+ years' experience managing an agile design-driven, user-centered product and development team supporting the delivery of web/mobile based product(s).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Able to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and external
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is the bar
