ADP is hiring a Sr. Compliance Delivery Specialist.

In this role, you will play a critical role in client satisfaction and ADP compliance, by ensuring that as clients leave ADP their termination process is handled quickly and accurately.


The daily responsibilities will remain consistent from day to day – your #1 goal is to ensure client terminations are processed appropriately. But each day will hold a new challenge as each termination covers different scenarios, with different questions to be asked and answered. There will always be lots of interaction with our fantastic Client Service teams, Billing Team members, and Operations. And with each interaction comes the opportunity to grow and learn more about ADP Tax Credits.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: You will be responsible for all client terminations for the Tax Credits business including: ensuring that billing stops at the appropriate time, all supporting documents are appropriate, and all systems are updated timely. You will communicate regularly with internal teams regarding regarding these terminations. You will need strong communication skills, the ability to learn and apply knowledge, and strong computer skills


What you can expect on a typical day:

* Client Support. You will help our clients by ensuring their instructions at the end of their services are processed appropriately. Support might also involve partnering with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience.

* Learn. You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on terminations, billing, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our clients.

* Organize. You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound emails and cases. Daily volume may increase during peak seasons, like at the close of the year.



* At least three years of experience in a business operations or customer service environment with systems experience.

* You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.


A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

* Experience noted above, OR

* Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
