HOK San Franciscos consulting practice is seeking a Senior Consultant who possesses outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. As a Senior Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing workplace change management strategies and programs for our clients. You will also contribute to all of HOKs service areas, including workplace strategy, real estate portfolio planning, and WELL strategies.



  • Focus on the people side of change, including changes to the workplace, work practices, culture and technology
  • Participate in user engagement research activities, assist in client and stakeholder engagement through multiple forums such as meetings, presentations, workshops interviews, surveys, and focus groups
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that are informed by the degree of change and change readiness
  • Complete quantitative and qualitative analyses and translate findings into client-specific recommendations and innovative strategies that address culture, business, and workforce issues
  • Interface with interior design teams to ensure the seamless connection between the design process and change program
  • Develop proposals, including scope definition, work plans and fees
  • Manage projects, including directing the work of Junior colleagues
  • Grow and maintain existing client relationships


Required Skills


  • Organizational development and/or change management (OCM) background and/or certification is highly desirable
  • Client relationship and account management experience
  • Visibility in the field, including industry memberships, publications, and conference speaking is preferred
  • Ability to work concurrently on multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
  • Creative and innovative to develop customized and targeted change programs for our clients
Required Experience
  • Bachelor or Graduate Degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of relevant professional experience in research, strategic workplace, business planning, architecture, interior design and/or real estate analysis
