In this position you will be responsible for driving the production of ADP\u0027s groundbreaking research from start to finish by orchestrating work between stakeholders in the organization. This position will play a central role in actively promoting the ADP Research Institute, in collaboration with Content, Public relations, Digital Marketing and Sales Operation teams.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EThe mission of the ADP Research Institute is to generate data-driven discoveries about the world of work, and to derive reliable economic indicators from these insights. We offer these findings to the world at large as our unique contribution to making the world of work better and more productive, and to bring greater awareness to the economy at large.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EResponsibilities:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli style=\u0022background: white;color: black;\u0022\u003EDefine and manage the process, plan and tools for the annual operating plan and budgeting process.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelop and communicate project plans for the overall Research Institute and key projects.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EClarify organizational priorities from heads of ADPRI in terms of scope, quality levels, and schedule. Manages the project and makes decisions according to these overall priorities.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli style=\u0022background: white;color: black;\u0022\u003ETranslate research roadmap into resource allocation plans for the Research Institute team and stakeholder groups.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssigns tasks to the appropriate team members. Tracks team members on project task execution and escalates when members miss or believe they will miss significant plan milestones.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli style=\u0022background: white;color: black;\u0022\u003ENegotiate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure appropriate prioritization and delivery of work deliverables.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli style=\u0022background: white;color: black;\u0022\u003EHelp define and track progress and performance across the Research Institute.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli style=\u0022background: white;color: black;\u0022\u003EManage the communications \u0026 collaboration site.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli style=\u0022background: white;color: black;\u0022\u003ELeads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIdentify all risks to the scope, quality and schedule. Develops options and strategies to mitigate risk and keep the project on schedule with high quality. Documents these risks and mitigating strategies and publishes them to project team members and Sr. Management.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFacilitates regular project team meetings. Receives regular updates from all team members. Tracks all issues on an issue log and assures that all issues are resolved. Escalates when necessary. Conducts side meetings and working sessions, as needed, to resolve issues.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssures that key stakeholders are receiving communications and updates, including Sr. Management as appropriate.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003EQualifications\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Bachelor\u0027s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems or the equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E PMP or equivalent Professional Project Management certification preferred.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E At least 10 years of project management experience with 1-3 years in program management. Experience in a thought leadership environment strongly preferred.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Demonstrated success as a lead Project Manager and proven ability to manage multiple integrated projects.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Ability to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Strong leadership skills with an instinct and desire to move change through complex organizational hurdles.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E Must be a strong team player as well as an individual contributor.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003EAt ADP, every person counts.
