This Team Manager will manage the daily activities of the Small Business Services Implementation Department, establish clearly defined department and individual goals for quality and productivity, and communicate to associates through department meetings and performance planning. He or she will determine the department\u0027s training requirements and ensure the timely and effective training of associates, analyze performance metrics, and determine the department\u0027s staffing requirements. The Team Manager is an active participant in the decision- making process with regard to client support, installation issues, and procedures. If success motivates you, you belong at ADP.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EWe strive for every interaction to be driven by our CORE values: Insightful Expertise, Integrity is Everything, Service Excellence, Inspiring Innovation, Each Person Counts, Results-Driven, \u0026 Social Responsibility.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003ERESPONSIBILITIES:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManages the daily activities of the Small Business Services eTIME 100 Implementation Department and ensures that installations are accomplished in a timely and effective manner.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EParticipates in the decision-making process within the eTIME 100 organization regarding client support, installation issues and procedures.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EInterfaces with the Marketing, Service Technical Support and Finance groups to ensure that the critical client and product issues are dealt with appropriately and effectively.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEstablishes clearly defined department and individual goals for quality and productivity and communicates to associates through department meetings and performance planning.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvides periodic performance feedback versus objectives and conducts annual performance reviews on all associates.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsible for department hiring and terminations as required.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDetermines the departments training requirements and ensures the timely and effective training, both formal and on the job, to enhance the skill base of the department\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAnalyzes performance metrics and determines the departments staffing requirements.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelops the department\u0027s metrics that effectively measure productivity and quality and ensures that the appropriate levels are maintained.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ERecommends programs aimed to reward the attainment of productivity and quality goals.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EOversees the Supervisor -- eTIME 100 Implementation in the evaluation of the teams backlog and ensures the efficient distribution of conversion responsibility within the team.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvides direction to the Supervisor -- eTIME 100 Implementation regarding individual conversation assignments and high priority project delegation.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EReviews and approves department reports (i.e., live starts, quality reports, no starts, time to start, ACD, call tracking, etc.) and submits them to management according to scheduled deadlines.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPerforms other relevant duties as assigned.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003EQUALIFICATIONS REQUIR\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E3 Years\u002B of related leadership experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAt least 1 year of experience in a senior or technical support role in Time \u0026 Labor Management Implementation or Client Services, or equivalent related experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBachelor\u0027s Degree or its equivalent in education and experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003C/div\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\u003C/strong\u003E Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExcellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, coaching/ development and conflict resolution skills essential.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDemonstrated ability in leading and motivating a team essential.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Ch1\u003E#LISERVICE\u003Cbr /\u003E#LI-IB1\u003C/h1\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
