The successful candidate will provide technical guidance to ADP Marketplace partners integrating with ADP.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E* Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve issues.\u003Cbr /\u003E* Gather pertinent information to recreate end-user scenarios in an effort\u0026nbsp;to resolve complex issues.\u003Cbr /\u003E* Manage and track issues reported and resolution.\u003Cbr /\u003E* Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.\u003Cbr /\u003E* Provide prompt and accurate feedback to clients and partners.\u003Cbr /\u003E* Provide answers to clients and partners by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding end-users through corrective steps.\u003Cbr /\u003E* Ensure each support ticket thoroughly details the problem/resolution, are comprehensive of the issue and are professional.\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003C/div\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQualifications\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E* Strong\u0026nbsp;hands-on technical integration experience.\u003Cbr /\u003E* Bachelor\u0027s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.\u003Cbr /\u003E* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.\u003Cbr /\u003E* Ability to work in a team environment.\u003Cbr /\u003E* Good understanding of web applications, API and system architecture.\u003Cbr /\u003E* Understanding of REST web services and JSON.\u003Cbr /\u003E* Strong problem-solving skills.\u003Cbr /\u003E* Experience soliciting information.\u003Cbr /\u003E* Excellent written and verbal communication skills\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Advanced/Fluent English\u003Cbr /\u003E* Familiarity with programming languages (i.e. PHP, Java, Python, etc.) preferred.\u003Cbr /\u003E* Strong awareness of latest web standards (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect \u0026 others).\u003C/p\u003E \u003C/div\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
